  • Ongoing Training: We support our nanny community by providing ongoing training classes and support free of charge. Continual professional development is extremely important in this industry. We assist our nannies to keep their skills up-to-date, and provide them with an opportunity to connect with other professional nannies in their area.
  • Giving Back: At On Call Nanny we care about our community, and are proud to donate $50.00 of every placement fee to a Puget Sound charity that supports local children. Your placement fee will help to support Seattle Children's Hospital, Westside Baby, or Treehouse.
  • On-Call Services: Your initial Application Fee includes a one-year registration to our renowned on-call and backup nanny services. You have access to our team of professional nannies 24/7, for 365 days a year if your nanny is ever sick, on vacation, or unavailable. We also encourage families to utilize our on-call services for their immediate childcare needs while the search for the permanent nanny is being conducted.
  • Care and Support: We genuinely care about finding the right nanny for your family, and our dedication to successful nanny placement will be felt from the very first phone call. Our service does not end when you have found your nanny. Our team will follow up with you and your nanny after the placement to make sure that the transition has been smooth, and we are always available to you should any questions arise.
  • Returning Client Discounts: We provide a 10% discount on our Placement Fee to all of our families who return to On Call Nanny the next time they need a nanny.
