The first step in getting started with On Call Nanny's placement services is to complete our Family Application. This gives us an overall picture of your needs based on your children, schedule and desired job description.

Once we receive your Family Application, our Placement Specialist will schedule an in-home consultation with you to discuss your needs further, and to review the first draft of your Parent and Nanny Employment Contract. This is the most important step in our process, because drafting this agreement helps ensure that we find a nanny who is excited to work with your family and sees the position as her "dream job." Ultimately, this helps guarantee that you and your nanny will have a satisfying working relationship for the long term. Drafting a contract at the beginning of the search process is an important first step in identifying and bringing together the perfect candidates for your needs. A $265 Application Fee by credit card is due at this time, which includes:

• In-home consultation with your Placement Specialist
• Complete drafting of the Parent and Nanny Employment Contract- including 3 drafts and 1 execution copy
