It is our pleasure to provide our Client Families and our Nannies with a specially customized placement process that sets the standard for personalized service, excellence, and caring support.

For Families: please fill out a Family Application to begin the placement process. Upon filling out an application, a helpful Placement Specialist will contact you to provide detailed information on our Placement Service. To complete the family application process, a payment of $350 is due by credit card which includes an in-home consultation and drafting and finalizing the Family and Nanny Employment contract.

We conduct in-home consultations for our prospective families at the onset of the placement process. At this stage we discuss and finalize your preferences and needs, draft and finalize the Family and Nanny Employment contract, and begin the search process for your perfect nanny. A 25% deposit will be due at this time. Our non-refundable Placement Fee is 10% of the Nanny's projected first year's annual wages, based on the terms outlined in the Parent and Nanny Employment Contract. During the search process you will be sent detailed nanny portfolios for each prospective candidate who meet your search parameters and whom we deem will be an excellent fit for your needs. Upon selecting your nanny, the balance (75%) is due at the Employment Contract meeting, when the contract is signed and before your selected nanny begins employment.

For Nannies: The On Call Nanny Staff, comprised of former nannies, is dedicated to helping you find your dream job. We will listen to you and do our best to match you with families that fit your specific job criteria. Once you are successfully placed, we are also here for ongoing support and training. We select candidates based on the following minimum requirements:

1. 3 years professional childcare experience
2. Current Infant & Child CPR/First Aid Certification
3. Minimum of 3 outstanding childcare references
4. Clean county background check and driving record
5. Washington State Driver's License
6. Must possess a passion for the art of childcare.
