Placement Fees
- Application Fee: $350, which includes in-home consultation, complete drafting of parent-nanny contract, and one year's registration for our on-call services. This fee is due at the time the in-home consultation is scheduled, and is non-refundable.
- Placement Fee: 10% of nanny's projected first year annual wages ($2000 minimum). 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the search process, and the balance is to be paid in full upon selecting your nanny (see contract for details).

Summer & Temporary Placement Referral
- $950 total Placement Fee for 1-3 months of care. This includes:
- Initial phone consultation, nanny recruitment, parent-nanny contract, one year's registration for our on-call services, and five days of backup nanny care "at cost" during the summer period (if your nanny is sick or goes on vacation - you pay just the hourly rate for backup nanny care).
- 50% of the Placement Fee is payable upfront to get started with the process, and the remaining 50% is due upon selection of your nanny. All fees are non-refundable.
- Working (second) interviews for nanny candidates are available at regular hourly rates (4 hr minimum)
- "Temp to Hire" Nanny Placements: If a nanny has worked for a family through a summer or temporary placement, and the family chooses to hire the same nanny for a long-term placement, then this qualifies as a "temp to hire" placement. The $950 initially paid by the family will be credited towards the Permanent Placement Fees.
Cancellation Fees & Down Payments
For permanent placement a non-refundable Application Fee of $350 is due at time of the agency contract signing by credit card. Note: For childcare bookings of less than one month, please review our regular "on-call" hourly rates and terms. You may contact us at

Refund Policy: As our rates are reflective of the services and time we invest in each client, our fees are all non-refundable. We do offer a 6 month guarantee on our Permanent Placements (see contract for details).
