At On Call Nanny, LLC we value our nannies and understand the need for support and ongoing professional development. We offer quarterly training sessions for our team nannies as well as professional nannies who are not affiliated with our company, but who still wish to pursue continuing education opportunities. Our program is developed to help you continue to enhance your skills and connect with other nannies in a professional and supportive environment.

Training sessions include topics such as Professionalism, Teamwork, Child Development, Age Appropriate Activities, & Communication. Our training sessions are led by our Client Relations Manager, Michelle Hadian, who has a B.A. in Child Development and many years of experience as both an elementary school teacher and Nanny Educator.
