On Call Nanny takes great pride in the caliber of our Nannies; to the extent that less than 10% of applicants make it through our hiring process. Each of our Nannies interviews with three members of our administration team (including the owner), come with a minimum of at least two years of professional childcare experience, have GLOWING references, and pass a comprehensive and extensive background check. We know them, we trust them, and we value their expertise. We adore our Nannies so much that we hire them for our own families!
